His aim is to help those individuals looking for real, honest answers that can provide them with the help they need.
Jon is also an internationally recognized transformation lifecoach and fitnes authority who has won awards and critical acclaim for his work.
His other works include a coaching program at M-PowerFitness.com, an email course called Scale the World that provides awareness about the obesity lifestyle and helps people break from from the crippling disease, a fitness ebook - Fit Over 40, Simply Eat and 7 Minute Muscle.
In 2005 Jon won an award from Forbes Magazine for Best Health and Fitness Blog for his first blog called B-Blog. He has since created JonBenson.com and other fitness blogs that continue to carry his message for healthy and fit lifestyle change.
A graduate of MIT in LA and the Abilene Christian University, Jon holds a degree in Human Communications and Philosophical Studies. He is also educated in the art of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and has studied nutrition at the famous Cooper Clinic in Dallas. He is currently working on his M.Sc. in Nutritional Science.
